OH NOOOOOO

Sigh....My holidays end soon! I have to go back to hostel soon. The hectic school life is going to start again. Ishhhh! I enjoyed and rested in this holidays. I did nothing other than online. I did not do any revision. I AM A LAZY BUM! Heal me Heal me!

Break

Few posts in one sort. Perhaps I'm in the mood on blogging. I seldom update my in my hostel due to busy life and slow connection. I'm now having one week break. It was a sudden break, really sudden. I planned to come back to Tampin on last friday. Decided to meet my sis by taking KTM 4.00pm. There was a message sent by Justin to Mary, said that INTEC close from today (24 July) to 2nd August. Class will start on 3rd August. Well, INTEC is infected by H1N1, so there is a break. Hooray! It was unbelievable! It came too sudden. All of us shocked and planned to go back to hometown. We kept our luggage immediately then. >>>>>>>>>> whole process and journey are not stated (incidents happened in between). The main point is, I'm getting back home right now and having a break! It is cool!! I like it!!

One day tour to Faculty of Art & Design in UiTM main campus

It was Thursday, which the art lesson's day. We were not having lesson in class, but visited the faculty of art and design in the main campus. After having lunch, we took campus bus to main campus. The main campus is damn huge. We did not know the direction, did not know where to go. 20 of us were confused. Well, we just walked down to the building written with Faculty of Art and Design. It should be the destination we headed to. Walked for a far distance through stair cases. Hot and tiring with our heavy bags and books. Justin called up Doctor Sab to ask where should we go. Then, we walked back again, and walked through some more stair cases. OMG, I was extremely tired. My bag was heavy, not me, all of us I guessed. Finally, reached the hall where the exhibition was half prepared. Nevertheless, we still visited. Awesome art work was exhibited. Varieties of them, there were textiles, paintings, fashion design, structure design, printing and others. Of course, I was full with excitement. You know right, I'm also eager to see those artistic works. We've told the information and techniques of art works all the way. I took a lot of photos too~ This was only the gallery with exhibition.

Next, we went to printing room. Saw machines and all the tools. Visited exposure room, dark room and saw the self-made papers. Erm, if not mistaken, the person who explained all the way to us is the lecturer in UiTM. He told us the process of printing, from transferring image with stencils to the emulsified silk net in exposure room and then how to print it to produce a picture. Somehow, I was not clear about the whole process with explanations but not demonstration. We went to workshop, fine art's workshop. Fulled with machines and equipments. There were a lot of art works made by woods, glasses, metals and so on. It was awesome! Many paintings too. They were all drawn nicely by the students. I wished to study art and design again. I felt regret doing architecture at the moment. I guess I still prefer art and design. Yeah, it will be a lot of hardship when studying art and design. But I love it! Did not know why, I was feeling a great force to push me back to art and design. I miss TOA very much. Sigh~

Well...well, back to the topic. We saw 3D structure done by final year students. They were really huge structure, which needed a lot of space as well as time to be completed. At last, we met a lecturer, who is also an artist. He talked to us, about his story and life. I found that what he said were true. He is interested in art. Oh ya, he is doing fine art. Just the interest pushed him to study and pushes him to work with art. I hope to do so... perhaps I feel hard to overcome the obstacles in study. Oh gosh, physics, core maths, statistics, mechanics, further maths, ethnics, art and design. All come together drive me crazy! At and design used up most of my time. I wish I could use my time only in art and design. I wish to pay all attention on it. I think I still like it, I still love art and design rather than architecture. But what to do?

Old Primary School's Gathering

It was weekend again, the time for me to rest once a while after the whole hectic weekdays. I received an invitation to attend my ex-primary school's gathering two weeks ago. I did not meet all of them for ten years since I moved to Tampin when I was standard 3. I was quite surprise when I was called to attend the gathering. Without hesitation, I promised to attend the gathering as I thought it would be very meaningful which it is only held once a while. So, I was away from hostel again for the weekend. I went to stay overnight in my sister's place which is nearer to the venue of gathering. Sister fetched me to Bukit Gembira Condominium around 6.30 p.m. I kept in touch with Sik Eu who was the organiser. He walked out to the condominium to bring me in to the pool side where the party was held. Wow! I met a lot of 2S classmates. Observed all my friends, some of them have changed and some of them still remain same at their look. I still remember them except some of them who were transferred to S class after I moved. They felt shocked when met me too. They thought I was coming all the way from Tampin to attend the gathering. Alright, I'm not, I'm studying at Shah Alam. Somehow, it is still far away from Happy Garden where most of my friends stay there. Although we did not meet for along time, we felt free and had a lot to chat.

Food was prepared for the gathering by Kwok Hua's mum. Of course, we had to pay for the gathering. Lol. We enjoyed the food and kept on chatting at the mean time. We were talking about our studies and our life in college. Well, most of them are studying in college except few are studying Form 6. I have told them I'm studying in INTEC Shah Alam (not so famous) right now, and I got and unexpected answer from them that they said we can hang out more often next time. At the moment, I felt that our friendship is really strong although I've only same class with them for one or two years. Just imagine it~ After the meal, there were games' section. Before the games started, we took a lot of photograph. By the way, taking photo was a must for such special function. I wanted to take photos eagerly all the time. Hehehe~ I met them after ten years, of course I had to snap to keep as memories. Well, lets me talk about the fun playing game. We were playing some childish games but had lots of fun! For those who loss in the games were punished by doing funny actions, and they were extremely amusing. I was almost burst! Unfortunately, time past too fast. The pool game was not carried out due to lack of time, but imagine it, it would be very terrifying game. Challenging? I thought it was scaring. After the game finished, they wanted to go yamcha. I did not follow them due to some inconvenient reasons. I called up my sis to fetch me around 10.30 pm when they were going to left Bukit Gembira toward ABC Corner. The gathering was ended up... with wonderful time. Thanks all of you! Especially Sik Eu's gang who were working hard for this gathering. Looking forward to the next gathering. Remember to invite me. Haha!

LoU

Letter of Undertaking of A-level program was held in INTEC big hall today at 8.00 am to 10.30 am. My school life is starting soon. LoU was like the introduction of our program such as our subjects, books, classes and timetable. ALUK has only 20 of us, so we are in a class. ALM has 14 classes! Awesome~ALUK's class is not at ALM square, but is block D-- D207, that's our class! 7 KPM scholars who are initially in ALUK already changed to ALM, ALUK is getting lesser and lesser students =.= Anyway, ALUK 7B rocks! Today is the last day of easy days. I've been enjoying my sweet life time without working and studying for half a year. Lesson is starting tomorrow. Sigh. Our class finish latest at 3.50, which is on Monday. T_T Friday is the best, lesson finishes at 12.00 pm and I can go home directly after that. Sob Sob Sob... Hectic life is coming! I'm not mentally prepared~

ARCHIDEX 09'

It was weekend after the great orientation ended. ARCHIDEX 09'was held in KLCC. ARCH stands for architecture, ID for interior design and EX for Exhibition. So it was Architecture and Interior Design Exhibition. Being students who are gonna study architecture (though we haven't started our A-level), we visited the exhibition. Haha! There were all together 13 of us, 8 of us are taking ALUK for architecture, another 5 were from other courses. The girls and the boys decided to meet at KTM station at 9.30 am. We took bus to KTM station, then to KL sentral and then interchange LRT to KLCC. So leceh~ Moreover, many of our touch n' go could not function! Arghhh, troublesome! Even the credit in Touch n' Go card of some of my friends was swindled. Talking about the ARCHIDEX, it was not like what we expected. We thought there would be a lot of architecture modeling , but instead of these, there were building materials, tide, kitchenware, windows, wall and many others. Well, it was not bad though, at least we saw many unique things and yet costly but they might not be practical for our daily life. After visited the exhibition, we had our lunch at food court. ZhiNi and I had eaten Subway seafood and crab sandwich, not bad~ Xavier suggested to watch Transformers 2 but there was a extremely long queue! I was not in shopping mood, perhaps too crowded. Thinking to go back. Some of them went back earlier and the other half was wandering in KLCC. Uh...taking public transport was tiring and costly too =.= In fact, we should not go to public places due to the swine flu, but nobody seemed to care about it. Somehow, I am worried! Haha~~ Hope I will always fine and stay healthy.

Great Orientation Week

1st day...
I woke up at dawn, about 4.15 am. Prepared for everything and started heading to Kolej Akasia /Cemara. Not many cars moving on the road at such early time. Dad drove very fast. So we reached there very soon and it was too early -- 7.00am. Could see a few of students only. I was waiting two friends to reach to register together in order to get into same unit of apartment. Finally, met Grace (the one I knew from Hui Jun's course mate) and another was Pei Fen ( knew from Forum). We went to register and got our key. We are staying at block 1, 4th floor, no. 23. So it is 1/423. Should be 1/323 ma! And of course I prefer 323...Haha! But unfortunately, it was not under my right to choose where I wanted stay. Oh ya, forgot to mention that our hostel is named Akasia and it is in Section 18. We stepped into our unit, met Mary, who registered before us. Mary and I became room mates, while Grace and Pei Fen stay in another room. The hostel was very dusty and dirty. Perhaps the seniors were leaving since long time ago. Our parents helped us to clean up the places and repaired some stuffs. Then, we went to have our lunch at nearby restaurant before we attended to a talk in Cemara Hall. The two hours talk was only an introduction to us. We were arranged by following our programs. ALG has the least girl student, the second least is ALUK. =.= ALM has a huge team! AUSMAT not bad too. After then, another talk was continued. Erm, it was the briefing of kolej if not mistaken. We had our dinner at 6.30pm and I was not adapt with it T_T After dinner, there was a briefing too until 11.00 pm. Then we went back to hostel, took our bath and slept tiredly.

2nd day...
Woke up at 6.15 am I guessed. We needed to wear baju kurung on Monday and assemble at 7.00 am before heading to INTEC. Buses were specially arranged for us to go to our orientation's venue. Breakfast was prepared for us. Erm, should say the meals within the orientation week were prepared. We had our registration section in the big air-con hall. We handed in our forms orderly in each different counter. We had taken picture for matrix card too. Oh ya, we were handled separately by facilitators following the programs. I could say the facilitators were very friendly and nice and importantly, they worked very well! Although the registration took very long time as there were about 750 of new intake students, we did not feel any boringness due to the facilitators. They full-filled our waiting time with a lot of silly but funny games. They informed us about some details of our course too. There was a briefing by sponsorship on this day. JPA briefing was held in the big hall. We were told in every information in details. We had group binding section at night. And of course I'm in the ALUK group. There was counselling section during solat maghrib. At 9.00 pm, there was a talk from PPP and JPK, it was briefing about our hostel and the rules as well. We took bus to return hostel after then. And it was quite late when we done everything before slept.

3rd day...
We had to assemble earlier today -- 6.30 am. Woke up damn early. Tiring~ As the day before, we took bus to INTEC. We took part the activities in group. There were four LDK for this day, they occupied the whole day. First, recognize INTEC. We visited some places and introduced the places by our facilitators. Then, we had our activities in group led by our facilitators. Erm, the activities were all about games. Anyway, the games were not bad, and were quite fun to play with my team members. The LDK were all run by group facilitators themselves. But most of the time were playing, haha! Girls had aerobic today. Opsss...it was quite interesting but extremely tiring!The non-Muslims had counselling section while the Muslims were having their solat. We enjoyed until night as usual. We went back to hostel earlier on this day.

4th day...
Assembled at 6.30 am and went to INTEC too. Continued with LDK. Enterprise game had hold among group. We were given RM2k as modal to start a business. Our job was to organise a business, including the management, strategies as well as the whole procedure and presented to our facilitators. We had a debate about PPSMI too! Then, there were talk and rehearsal of Majlis Amanat Pengarah anf Aku Janji Pelajar. For girls, we learnt UiTM's song while boys were having their exercise. The song is nice!!!! We had performance at night. It was cool! Everyone got high~ ALUK performed a show with zombie concept. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it was considered as dance, perhaps. Tonight, it was just like the ending of MMS. MMS was ending so soon. It was the second last day on this day.

5th day...
Was raining early in the morning. A sudden downpour. Majlis Amanat Pengarah dan Aku Janji Pelajar was held today. It was a formal ceremony where all of the students made an oath. Do not know how to describe it. But nothing special overall. It ended very early, so we went back hostel at the noon. Finally, I could online as I was free!

6th day...
We took English and Math test today. I was not prepare with the tests. Just "whatever". Haha~ Our test was held in the big hall. It was very cold but luckily I brought my sweater. I did both of the tests very badly. Swt =.= No idea on it. My brain really rusted for half a year. Somehow, I did not think the tests were important, so I just simply done. Haha~ After the tests, my housemates and I bought our lunch and went back to hostel. We could rest after that. MMS ended!
